The 2026 Employee Handbook has been shared with the staff on 1/14/2025. This version of the handbook contains numerous edits to language to better align with our People, Culture and Belonging Values, as well as new policies based on questions that have risen throughout the past year. Additionally, we have added the Employee Compensation Guide to this handbook. NM encourages all staff members to re-read the handbook and reach out to their Supervisor or the PCB team if they have any questions.
