As a reflection of our Commitment to our values, the People, Culture and Belonging Team provide training opportunities for supervisors to gain skills that will ultimately help their teams be successful.
Please note that supervisors are required to attend the following:
Annual Supervisor Training (coordinated by the PCB Team)
Six out of twelve total supervisor professional development sessions (1 hr each), provided once per month.
